Current Bonus and Incentive Programs

  

Referral Bonus:

              If a RCP refers a new worker to us, they will get a bonus.  When the new worker signs their hiring agreement, they will get a $25 bonus.  After the new worker has completed three months of continuous work, they referring RCP will receive another $75 bonus.  (General and Private Workers)

Millennium Club:

              Once a RCP has worked 1000 hours within a three year period, they belong to the Millennium club.  They will receive .50/hr raise and a $100 bonus.  (General Workers)

Longevity Club:

              Once a RCP has worked over 10,000 hours, they belong to the Longevity Club.  They will receive .50/hr raise and a $250 bonus.  (General and Private Workers)

Exceptional Service Award:

              When a client family feels they have an exceptional RCP, they can nominate them for an Exceptional Service Award.  We give out four per year.  The RCP will receive a $250 bonus, a gift, and a recognition speech at Respite From The Heart. (General Workers)

Private Worker of the Year Award:

              When a client family feels they have an exceptional Private Worker, they can nominate them for an Private Worker of the Year Award.  We give out 1-3 per year.  The RCP will receive a gift, a certificate and a recognition speech at Respite From The Heart. (Private Workers)
